Corporate Sales Assistant - Tampa FL

Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Corporate Sales Assistant to assist the VP, Corporate Director of Sales and the Corporate Sales Administrator with station group analysis of programming, rates and selling levels to increase company revenue. This position is based in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

- Handle any and all sales reporting - such as weekly pace reports, open inventory and revenue reports
- Compare ratings between two or more affiliates
- Review ratings for high profile programming for all stations across the country
- Maintain all station deadlines for order placement into OSI
- Ensure schedules are being run as ordered
- Review daily reports to ensure revenue is being reported correctly
- Assist the paid programming department with inputting orders, corresponding with clients and other duties as needed

Requirements:

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint required, Osi a plus
- Detail oriented and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong overall technical skills needed, light accounting background a plus
- Television sales support preferred, but not required
