Local Sales Manager - OmahaKETV in Omaha NE is searching for a Local Sales Manager.
• Attain all revenue goals by managing and strengthening the local sales team
• Set goals for all account executives and develop their talent to achieve those goals
• Consistently train and teach the staff about the industry and the sales process
• Uphold the pricing philosophy and rate structure of KETV
• Be able to forecast the local revenue accurately
• A minimum of 4 years sales experience in the broadcast television industry
• Must be able to demonstrate success in the development and execution of multi-platform advertising campaigns for local advertisers
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership experiences within sales teams
• Must demonstrate excellent teaching and coaching skills
• Must possess excellent negotiating skills
• Must demonstrate and quantify how they have made sales teams stronger as a whole because of their contribution
• This person must possess a high degree of integrity and have a proven track record of good business ethics
• Bachelors degree preferred
