Digital Media Director - Alabama
WBRC-TV, the FOX affiliate in Birmingham, AL and a subsidiary of Raycom Media, Inc is currently accepting resumes for the Digital Media Director position. The preferred candidate will be a self-motivated, energetic and experienced individual with the drive and influence to grow our interactive products and service our advertisers. The successful candidate must have strong ties in online environments and a proven track record in online sales.
Responsibilities of this management level position include: working with broadcast sales managers to empower local account executives with creative digital solutions, providing interactive marketing solutions to agencies and local direct clients, developing new business, and coaching the development of dedicated online sales staff. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator, outstanding coach and self-starter. Four plus years of digital media sales experience with a strong focus on creating value, closing techniques and overcoming objections preferred, broadcast experience preferred.
